Data Deletion Request

Wildlife Collection · Last updated: 2 July 2026

Wildlife Collection is a single-player game that does not use accounts. This page explains how to delete the two kinds of data associated with the app.

1. Your game data (on your device)

Your entire game progress — collection, coins, quests, achievements, streaks, and settings — is stored only on your device. To delete all of it, simply uninstall the app, or clear its storage in Settings › Apps › Wildlife Collection › Storage › Clear data. We never receive a copy, so there is nothing for us to delete on our side.

2. Data collected by third-party services

The app sends a limited amount of pseudonymous data to third parties to run and improve the game: anonymous usage analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase), rewarded-ads data including the advertising identifier (Google AdMob), and crash diagnostics (Sentry). This data is not linked to your name or any account.

Because it isn't tied to an account, the most reliable way to remove it is directly from your device:

  • Clear the app's data or uninstall it. This wipes all on-device data and resets the app's analytics identifier, so future analytics are no longer linked to your device.
  • Reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings › Privacy › Ads. This stops ads data being associated with your device.

The pseudonymous data already collected is automatically deleted under each service's data-retention limits. If you would still like us to remove specific records, email [email protected] and include your in-app data ID (see below); because this data has no account attached, we will delete whatever we can identify.

You can find your in-app data ID in the game under Settings › Privacy. Including it in your email lets us locate and delete the analytics records for your installation.
